We are excited to celebrate the achievement of one of our own, Ebenezer Boahen, a proud Tullow Scholar, for his recent publication on Wiley, a Journal of Chemistry publication site. His research titled “Potentially Toxic Elements’ Accumulation and Health Risk of Consuming Vegetables Cultivated along the Accra-Tema Motorway” sheds light on the important issue of environmental contamination and public health.
Ebenezer’s work explores the accumulation of harmful elements in vegetables grown in urban areas, specifically along the Accra-Tema Motorway, and the potential risks posed to consumers. His dedication to addressing this critical topic is commendable and reflects the high standard of excellence associated with Tullow Scholars.
We congratulate Ebenezer on this remarkable accomplishment and encourage all Tullow Scholars to continue pursuing impactful research that contributes to the development of our communities.
