Tullow Alumni Connect
Implemented by YBF, the Tullow Alumni Connect (TAC) is a program that seeks to harvest the gains of Tullow Oil’s investment in education and the connectivity of the beneficiaries to the world of work. Some Tullow Scholarship beneficiaries have traveled through the basic, junior, senior high schools, transitioned to tertiary and some to the world of work with others still in school. TAC aims to maximize the benefits of Tullow's scholarship programs by;
- Designing continuous skill-set gap analysis, providing support systems and job-readiness programs to prepare and enhance scholarship beneficiaries’ transition to world of work and livelihoods.
- Creating virtual/online knowledge hub and networking platforms
- Leveraging the expertise of professional alumni to mentor and coach junior members.
